The 2025 edition’s three new zones are set to expand the fair’s offering and cater to a wider range of beauty industry buyers. The first, ‘Clinic Care’, is exclusive to medical personnel and features cosmetics, supplements and services for cosmetic clinics. Meanwhile, ‘Fitness + Beauty’ will display fitness products and supplements effective for yoga and Pilates. Finally, ‘First Editions’ is set to introduce an exclusive selection of European cosmetic products that will make their debut in the Japanese market.
In total, the fair will be divided into 15 zones, with the others including ‘Academic’, ‘Beauty Equipment’, ‘Business Support’, ‘Cosmetics’, ‘Eyelash’, ‘Fem more’, ‘OEM & Packaging’, ‘Platinum Hall’, ‘Tasty’,‘Tokyo Nail Forum’ and ‘Wellness & Beauty’. Including pavilions from China, Korea, Latvia and Poland, over 200 international suppliers will showcase the latest trends in cosmetics, make-up, hair care, nail care and OEM/ODM products. Other exhibiting countries and regions include Egypt, Hong Kong, India, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan and the US, while a large proportion of exhibitors hail from Japan.
During the three-day fair, three business events will be held to enable exhibitors and visitors to interact directly. The ‘Business Meeting Event’ will enable overseas buyers to present their products and services to Japanese exhibitors, while the ‘Business Card Exchange Event’ will provide an opportunity for domestic exhibitors to have one-on-one business discussions with other exhibitors. At the same time, the ‘Clinic Care’ zone will bring together exhibitors and visitors from the medical industry for a social event designed to encourage networking and spark new business opportunities.
A total of 48 fringe events will be conducted at ‘Esthetic Stage’, ‘Hair & Nail Stage’, and at the newly created ‘Workshop Area’ and ‘Clinic Care Specialist Seminar’ area. The ‘Workshop Area’ will offer yoga and Pilates workouts, as well as beauty and wellbeing seminars. The ‘Clinic Care Specialist Seminar’ area, inviting only doctors, nurses and other medical professionals as attendees, will present the synergistic effects of medical procedures, skin care, the effects of hyaluronic acid treatment, and more.
Meanwhile, the ‘Esthetic Stage’ will feature the latest information and techniques on aesthetics, acupuncture, moxibustion and female care, as well as information on salon management. The ‘Hair & Nail Stage’, will feature seminars for hairstyling professionals, manicurists and eye stylists, and demonstrate techniques for hairstyling, updo hairstyles and dyeing tips. The same stage will feature a contest for basic cutting techniques and design, open to young hairdressers who have professional experience for five years or less.
