Online Visitor Registration

Beautyworld Japan is a commercial trade fair intended for business negotiations and purchasing. The fair is aimed at those who work, plan to start a business, or work as a freelancer in the beauty industry. The general public who are not involved in the industry and individuals below the age of 16 are strictly not allowed to enter the venue. Online Visitor Registration is required for entry to the trade fair.

All visitors who wish to attend the trade fair must access the Online Visitor Registration, our dedicated webpage, to complete the registration. Print out the visitor badge* before visiting the fair. With your badge printed out in advance, you can enter the venue smoothly by simply scanning it at the venue entrance.
*Visitor badge can be printed from a smartphone now.

If you have completed the online visitor registration but have not printed out your badge in advance, you may have to wait a long time for your badge printing at the venue. We encourage you to come to the fair with your visitor badge printed out, so that you can negotiate and visit booths efficiently at the trade fair.

[How to Register]

1) Account Registration

Once you create your account, you can register for any fairs of Messe Frankfurt Japan Ltd.

Go to Account Registration from the link above.
Enter youe email address and password of your choosing and click/tap on "Send."
You will receive an email “Messe Frankfurt Japan Online visitor registration” from regist@mfjp-visitor-regist.com.
Go to Online Visitor Registration from the link on the email.

2) Online Visitor Registration

Please make visitor registration for Beautyworld Japan Tokyo.

Go to Online Visitor Registration from the link above.
Enter your email address and password to log in.
Click/tap on "Register for the trade fair" and enter all information required.
You will receive an email “Visitor Registration completed” from regist@mfjp-visitor-regist.com.

**[How to Print Visitor Badge (*Available from PC and Smartphone Now!)]**

1) Go to Online Visitor Registration from the link above and log in to your account.
2) Click on "Registered Trade Fair."
3) Select "Registered Trade Fair Menu."
4) Click "Print My Visitor Badge."
5) Display your visitor badge and print it.
